Materials such as aluminum, stainless steels, brass, copper and copper alloys through to high-alloy and high-temperature resistant austenitic and ferritic steels as well as nickel-based materials, such as those used in turbine construction, are processed by us using state-of-the-art CNC punching for stainless steel and laser cutting for metal .
Depending on the geometry and quantity of the finished product, we use thin sheet metal processing and precision sheet metal processing methods to produce large-format sheet metal, coil or strip products through to strip or insert blanks. We offer everything from sheet metal cutting and forming technology to efficient punch-laser combinations.
For complex geometries, we use fiber lasers and CO₂ lasers, which also enable filigree thin sheet metal cuts with lasers . The precise welding of high-alloy and heat-resistant materials is just as much a part of our metal part production as the final quality inspection, in which we measure every punched part before it is used worldwide under the most demanding conditions.
