Sheet metal processing – precision on the production line or in small series

We manufacture with powerful stamping and laser technologies from lot size 1! Depending on the geometry and quantity of the final product, we process large-format sheet metal, coil and strip metal up to strip or insert blanks.

Materials such as aluminium, stainless steels, brass, copper and copper alloys, up to highly alloyed and high-temperature resistant austenitic and ferritic steels as well as nickel-based materials, which are usually used in turbine construction, are also processed by us.

Depending on the geometry and quantity of the final product, we process large-format sheet metal, coil or strip metal up to strip or insert blanks.

The precise welding of high-alloy and high-temperature-resistant steels and nickel-based alloys for firing systems is one of our core competencies. Our welds are used worldwide and under the most adverse conditions with lasting success.

As experts for a wide range of applications, we develop efficient components, assemblies and systems for our customers. The goal-oriented development work is based on the creativity and experience of our engineering team.

Flow and thermodynamic processes can be simulated with the assistance of CFD simulations, including result

validation in our test laboratory, in order to be able to handle even complex tasks in the field of energy and combustion technology.

The tube production – short tubes are our speciality

We are experts in the manufacture and processing of short tubes.

At the beginning there is the flat metal sheet which we purchase as a plate or strip. This flat unfolded sheet will be rolled into a tube in several steps. The open sheet metal bends produced in this way are welded together with a longitudinal seam to form a closed pipe. The short tubes can then be expanded, drawn, slotted, butted, flangedand beaded, machined or welded to other parts until the desired form and function is finally achieved.

Welding Technology

We are a certified specialized welding company and weld from single parts to large series.

We weld manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically from single parts to large series for different branches of industry. Depending on the application, the welding processes WIG, MIG, MAG, laser, micro, thin sheet welding, resistance welding, projection welding and stud welding are used.

The precise welding of high-alloy and high-temperature steels and nickel-based materials for combustion systems is one of our core competencies. Our welds are in long-term successful use worldwide and under high specific requirements.

General machining

We offer you the all-round service package…

Turning, milling, drilling, wire erosion, thread cutting, laser marking, pickling, passivating, powder coating, galvanising, sand or glass bead blasting, painting, welding and finally the assembly of your assembly.

In close cooperation with the customer, the individual parts and finally the complete assembly are tested for the required quality during and after the production process.

Tool and device construction

We manufacture all tools and devices in our own tool shop. This not only ensures the availability of supplies, but also saves time and costs and ensures a high level of production and process reliability.

Tool and jig making is the original cell of our company and is the basis for product quality. Short coordination channels guarantee the fulfilment of tight delivery deadlines. The high competence of our toolmakers is a further guarantee for highest quality.

The requirements range from simple bending tools, tube forming tools and complete cutting tools to absolute high-performance progressive compound punching tools in modular design, with cutting inserts made of carbide or coated tool steels.

Integrated production processes can also be incorporated into the Follow-on composite punching tool.

We produce prototype tools and samples in a short time, which are decisive for the success of your series product.

Engineering, design and prototypes

We support you in development and ensure manufacturability.
With the first MEKU prototypes you can carry out meaningful testing.

Sample construction and prototypes

Our sample construction employees create prototypes developed in-house or manufacture samples according to customer requirements. The versatile possibilities of our in-house sample and tool making department assist in the specific optimization and initial sample production while ensuring the quality requirements and cost-friendly production possibilities.

Cleanliness, packaging, logistics

We are only satisfied when the goods reach you in the best quality and on time.

If necessary, we degrease and clean your parts with environmentally friendly solvents without volatile organic compounds. We ensure that the parts are delivered to you on time and in optimal condition by

means of appropriate one-way or shuttle packaging and a sustainable logistics concept. We export approx. 40% of our products worldwide.
